Warranty

At your side when you need us

Let’s start with the most important information: warranty cases are extremely rare at ORC! In the whole of 2016, only 0.5% of our customers complained about the modules or systems we had supplied – in many cases, that’s far lower than the defect rates for manufacturers of new equipment. Of course we’re very proud of those results, but we can also assure you that we’re right there for you if you ever need to claim a warranty for one of our products.

At a glance

  • We inspect, repair and maintain all components and modules we sell on, ensuring they comply with our own extra-rigorous quality standards. Faulty parts are quarantined and replaced with reliable substitutes. This solid background allows us to confirm that whatever you buy from us is in the very best operating condition possible for used technology.
  • We’re so confident of this that we grant two years’ warranty on all our modules to carrier clients.
  • For complete systems, we extend the warranty period to three years to carrier clients.
  • Flexible extension of the warranty period is always possible on request.

Your guarantee from us: we guarantee immediate service!

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Given this, we have to (and aim to) perform particularly well if any irregularities or defects occur during operation of the systems you have purchased from us.

  • Warranty cases are always top of our list. We are at your service at all times if anything goes wrong with the systems we sell.
  • We supply you with a replacement product fast, fuss-free and no questions asked – no need for you to put up with lengthy downtimes.
  • In warranty cases, we cover all transport costs; there is nothing to organize or pay on your part.
  • Once we receive the components, we conduct a thorough inspection to identify the cause of the warranty case. To eliminate any recurrence, we adjust our processes where necessary.
