Although Optical Refurbishment Center GmbH is a young company, founded in February 2009, its 10 employees can look back on years of experience in the telecommunications sector. The core competencies of our team focus on the field of optical transmission and transport technology.

Andreas Fetzner, Managing Director
Founder and Sales Director of Optical Refurbishment Center GmbH. During his total of seven years with a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG, five of them as Sales/Account Manager in the field of purchase and sale of pre-owned telecommunications hardware, he discovered his fascination with technology – although his business management degree would seem to place him on the commercial side.
